Orders may be placed online, by mail, and over the phone.

Please keep in mind, due to COVID-19 and USPS issues, there may be delays in your order delivery. We ship on Thursdays. The suggested delivery time is at least 2 weeks. We have no control over USPS delivery schedules. For information on faster shipping methods (with higher shipping costs), please contact our office at 651-647-9712 or shipping@emotionsanonymous.org. Thank you for your patience.

No one except staff is allowed in the office at this time. You may pick up your order by placing it at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up date. Please provide an approximate pick-up time to assure that it is ready and staff is available to assist you. Keep in mind that EAI is closed on Fridays and weekends. Our building is now equipped with a security system, so you will need to call us upon arrival. Please meet the staff member at the door or wait in your car near the door wearing a face mask. Thank you!

If you choose to add insurance to your purchase and your order is lost or damaged during shipment, the insurance will cover the cost for replacement materials. When you select "Pay Now," you will be brought to PayPal. You can either pay with a PayPal account or scroll down to select "Pay with a debit/credit card." It will bring you to a "PayPal Guest Checkout" page. Please fill in shipping and billing information and then select "create account & continue" or "continue as guest."

When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email sent from "Pitney Bowes" with a tracking number. You can track your order online here: https://www.usps.com/ or by calling 1-800-222-1811.

EAI Policies and Other Order Information

  • Insurance Policy: EA International is not responsible for the replacement of any damaged or lost items that are not insured by the purchaser.
  • Refund Policy: If for any reason you need to return a purchase, you must contact the EAI office within two weeks of the delivery date of your purchase to inform us of your wish to make a return. Materials must be shipped no later than two weeks after this notice is given. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The charges for returns made outside of this time frame will not be reimbursed without prior approval.
  • Pay Later Option Policy: If you select the "Pay Later" option, please be sure to contact the EAI office with your payment method. Payments may be made by sending a check, money order, or providing debit/credit card information over the phone. Orders will not be processed until payment is made. If we do not hear from you, the order will be canceled 7 days after being placed. Questions about shipment can be emailed to shipping@emotionsanonymous.org or you can call the EAI office at 651-647-9712 on Tuesdays-Thursdays between 12 PM - 5 PM, CT.
  • Customs Fees: These are outside our control and, as every country has different rules, EAI can't include them with order totals. They are the responsibility of the order recipient.
  • Shipping to Canada: To avoid customs fees and international postage, you may place orders for both French and English materials through PFEA (Publications Françaises Émotifs Anonyme) by emailing them at publicationsfrancaisesea@live.ca.
