Orders may be placed online, over the phone, and through the mail.


  • Due to high order volume and limited staff time, EAI orders may take up to two weeks to be shipped from our office in St. Paul, Minnesota, and then up to two weeks to be delivered via the United States Postal System once they have been shipped. EAI staff thanks you for your patience!

Add Shipping Insurance to Your EA Order:

If you choose to add insurance to your purchase and your order is lost or damaged during shipment, the insurance will cover the cost for replacement materials.

EA is not responsible for the replacement of any damaged or lost items that are not insured by the purchaser.

Our new shipping method provides insurance on orders up to $100.00.

If your order exceeds $100.00 and you want insurance, you must purchase it when you place your order.

During checkout, on the "Review Your Order" page, you will press the "Proceed to Add Payment Information" button at the bottom of the page to be brought to PayPal's website to submit payment information for your order. 

You may either pay with an existing PayPal account if you have one, or you may scroll further down the page to pay with a debit or credit card (without needing to have or login to a PayPal account). 

You will be brought to a "PayPal Guest Checkout" page. Please fill in your shipping and billing information and then select "Create account and continue" or "Continue as Guest."


When your EA order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information sent from "Pitney Bowes" (no-reply@pb.com) or via PayPal if we do not use Pitney Bowes to ship your order.

If requested, receipts will also either be emailed to you or printed and sent along with the order. 

 

EA Order Information and Policies

- Shipping Cost: If the shipping cost turns out to be less than what you are charged initially, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we will inform you and send an additional invoice in PayPal for the difference.

- Customs Fees: These are outside our control and, as every country has different rules, EAI can't include them with order totals. They are the responsibility of the order recipient upon delivery.

- Insurance Policy: EA International is not responsible for the replacement of any damaged or lost items that are not insured by the purchaser. We use the USPS Ground Advantage option, which includes insurance for orders under $100. If your order exceeds $100 and you want insurance, you must purchase it when you place your order.

- Refund Policy: If for any reason you need to return a purchase, you must contact the EAI office within two weeks of the delivery date of your purchase to inform us of your wish to make a return. Materials must be shipped back to the EA office no later than two weeks after this notice is given. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The charges for returns made outside of this time frame will not be reimbursed without prior approval.

No refunds will be given for digital materials (e-books) that have already been downloaded.

- Shipping to Canada: To avoid customs fees and international shipping costs, you may place orders for both French and English materials through PFEA (Publications Françaises Émotifs Anonyme) in Canada by emailing them at publicationsfrancaisesea@live.ca.
