Add Optional Shipping Insurance to Your EA Order:

If you would like to add optional shipping insurance to your EA order, you may add it here after you've added all of the other items that you'll be purchasing to your shopping cart. EA recommends adding shipping insurance especially on orders over $100!

Shipping insurance will not be available to add as an option on the shipping page of the order checkout.

The cost of the shipping insurance is based on your order subtotal before shipping and handling.

- Please change the "Quantity" to 1, then select an Order Subtotal button below.

- Your order subtotal may be found on your EA shopping cart page.

- If your order subtotal before shipping and handling is above $600.01, please contact the EAI Office for the cost.

- If you choose to add shipping insurance to your order and your package is lost or damaged during shipment, the insurance will completely cover the cost for the replacement materials! However, it will not cover the cost for the new shipping and handling.

- EAI is not responsible for the replacement of any damaged or lost items that are not insured by the purchaser.

When your EA order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information sent from "Pitney Bowes" (no-reply@pb.com).

- Please note: If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, then EA International is not responsible for any damaged or lost items in your order shipment.

If you want replacements sent and did not add shipping insurance on your original order, then you will have to pay the full cost of the order and the costs of shipping and handling again.

EA Order Information and Policies

- Shipping Cost: If the shipping cost turns out to be less than what you are charged initially, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we will inform you and send an additional invoice in PayPal for the difference.

- Customs Fees: These are outside our control and, as every country has different rules, EAI can't include them with order totals. They are the responsibility of the order recipient upon delivery.

- Insurance Policy: EA International is not responsible for the replacement of any damaged or lost items that are not insured by the purchaser. We ship using USPS Media Mail, which does not include insurance. If you would like to add shipping insurance, you must purchase it (add it to the cart) when you place your order.

- Refund Policy: If for any reason you need to return a purchase, you must contact the EAI office within two weeks of the delivery date of your purchase to inform us of your wish to make a return. Materials must be shipped back to the EA office no later than two weeks after this notice is given. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The charges for returns made outside of this time frame will not be reimbursed without prior approval.

No refunds will be given for digital materials (e-books) that have already been downloaded.

- Shipping to Canada: To avoid customs fees and international shipping costs, you may place orders for both French and English materials through PFEA (Publications Françaises Émotifs Anonyme) in Canada by emailing them at publicationsfrancaisesea@live.ca.
