The Cuyahoga Falls, OH Hybrid EA Group is holding a public information meeting and celebrating 36 years of their group's existence. The event is open for all to attend. Group members will share on how Emotions Anonymous has helped them recover from an unmanageable life. The event can also be joined virtually online through Zoom and remotely by phone.

A key to emotional well-being is to stay active with your group! Remote groups are pretty easy to access; we encourage you to try a few out before making any decisions about the Emotions Anonymous program. Remote groups meet by phone or online. Most groups follow our standard meeting format, but no two groups are exactly the same. Each group is run by meeting members and each has a different 'flavor' as a result. If there are no groups in your area or that work for your schedule, please consider starting one or joining a remote group!
