8th Public Information Session

We'd like to invite you to the 8th Public Information (PI) meeting of the Serene Sundays group of Emotions Anonymous (EA). The PI will be held on Sunday June 2nd at 5:30pm. The location address is 1349 S. Green Rd , S. Euclid (come to back entrance, 2nd floor; first door on right.) The meeting will last about an hour. You are welcome to stay for refreshments and fellowship afterwards.

EA is a 12 step program as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous, for people with emotional struggles. The only requirement of the program is "the desire to become well emotionally". The PI features two speakers who will talk about their recovery in the program. It's a good way to hear more about the program from people who have participated in and benefited from EA. All are welcome! We also meet weekly at the same location and time on a more informal basis. For more information, you can visit the EA website: www.emotionsanonymous.org or email us. We send a brief email each Tuesday morning with information, personal reflections, program material, and opportunities to engage with the organization.

EA groups are self-supporting and all groups and individuals financially support the EAI office, which manages the literature and administrative work for EAI as a whole. Without support from members, EAI staff would not be available to support the many groups and members who have questions, make suggestions, or want to purchase EAI materials. A key to emotional well-being is to stay active with your group! Remote groups are pretty easy to access; we encourage you to try a few out before making any decisions about the Emotions Anonymous program. Remote groups meet by phone or online. Most groups follow our standard meeting format, but no two groups are exactly the same. Each group is run by meeting members and each has a different 'flavor' as a result. If there are no groups in your area or that work for your schedule, please consider starting one or joining a remote group!
