Pay Later Payment Option Policy:
If you selected the "Pay Later" option, please be sure to contact the EAI office with your payment method. Payments may be made by sending a check, money order or providing credit card information over the phone. Orders will not be processed until payment is made and will be deleted 7 days after being placed if no follow up phone call/check is received. Your order will be shipped when payment is received. Questions about shipment can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call the EAI office at 651-647-9712 on Mondays-Thursdays between 10 AM - 3 PM, CT.
If for any reason you need to return a purchase, you must contact the EAI office within two weeks of the delivery date of your purchase to inform us of your wish to make a return. Materials must be shipped no later than two weeks after this notice is given. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The charges for returns made outside of this time frame will not be reimbursed without prior approval.
If you choose to add insurance to your purchase and your material is lost or damaged during shipment, the insurance will cover the cost for replacement materials. If you choose not to purchase insurance EA International is not responsible for any damaged or lost items. If you want replacements sent and did not include insurance on your original order, you will have to pay the full cost of the order, shipping and handling.
